Dan is known for handling complex financial matters. His solid analytical background was honed at a Fortune 50 company where he served in CFO and Director positions, including leading the company's Mergers and Acquisitions accounting organization, overseeing valuations, due diligence, and other financial aspects of corporate acquisitions and divestitures. His CFO roles included Internet, Wireless, and E-Commerce. Dan also served as Director of an IT organization and as Director of Long-Term Financial Planning where he was responsible for the development of forecasts used as a basis for the company's financial guidance to Wall Street.

Dan is the past President of the St. Louis Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers.
